These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the MapCrush platform (the “Service”), operated by Precision Path Agency LLC (“MapCrush,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

  1. Description of Service

MapCrush is a local SEO platform that provides AI-generated daily tasks, keyword tracking, and visibility insights to help small businesses improve their presence on Google Maps and local search.

  1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.

  1. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

  1. Subscriptions and Payment

The Service is offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis through Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods unless required by law.

  1. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service
  • Misrepresent your business identity or provide false information
  • Use the Service to violate Google’s Terms of Service or any third-party platform’s terms
  1. Data Accuracy

MapCrush relies on data from Google and other third-party sources. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data and are not responsible for ranking changes, search algorithm updates, or third-party platform behavior outside our control.

  1. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including software, design, and branding, are owned by Precision Path Agency LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

  1. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE SPECIFIC RESULTS, RANKING IMPROVEMENTS, OR BUSINESS OUTCOMES FROM USE OF THE SERVICE.

  1. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRECISION PATH AGENCY LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

  1. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and contacting support.

  1. Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
